In 2025, the 24th European Congress of Trauma and Emergency Surgery (ECTES) will be hosted in the city of Aachen/Germany, the heart of Europe.

One of the greatest strengths of ESTES is its diversity, gathering the expertise of surgeons, nurses and researchers from the field of trauma and emergency surgery in one society. With this holistic approach, ESTES is very well-positioned to generate knowledge and to develop new treatment standards to allow for the best quality of patient care in the future. This is also reflected by the motto of ECTES 2025: “united diversity – facing the future together”.
