Description

On behalf of the Society of Biological Psychiatry (SOBP), it is our great pleasure to welcome you to the 2025 Annual Conference taking place in the vibrant city of Toronto, Canada where thought leaders, researchers and clinicians will converge at the Sheraton Toronto, from the 24-26 April 2025.

This is a special event for the Society as we celebrate a legacy of 80 years of excellence in biological psychiatry, and we discuss plans to shape the future of the field.

The theme of the conference is “Artificial Intelligence and Mental Health: A new landscape for research and practice” and the aim is to explore the intersection of artificial intelligence (AI) and mental health. The integration of AI in mental health research and practice is not just a promising frontier—it is swiftly evolving into a transformative force, offering tremendous potential while also presenting significant challenges. This year’s conference will feature a dynamic array of keynote presentations, panel discussions, workshops, and poster sessions, all designed to foster collaboration and spark innovative ideas that can lead to meaningful advancements in our field.
